It is difficult to ascertain how many color models the Galaxy S8 is going to be announced in but let us leave that for the March 29 unveiling to reveal that information to us. For now, a fresh leak details three new Galaxy S8 models that should be arriving in brand new color schemes.
Black Sky, Orchid Grey, and Arctic Silver Are the Names of the New Color Models Destined to Arrive on March 29
The front and side views of these three new models have been leaked on Twitter courtesy of Evan Blass. The single image reveals both the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus and we have to say that even though there is a 0.4-inch screen difference between the two flagships, it looks like that difference is almost negligible here in the image before you. Only when the user compares the sizes between the two devices up front, we’ll know the differences that separate these handsets.
The smaller phone will have a 5.8-inch screen that features a 3,000mAh battery while the larger 6.2-inch version will have a 3,500mAh cell. Both devices are expected to feature a QHD resolution, although one analyst claims that the resolution of both devices will exceed that aforementioned mark and hop into the QHD+ plus territory, featuring a 2960 x 2400. The hardware tucked inside both phones are manufactured on the 10nm FinFET technology.

Both phones will be available to purchase in the Snapdragon 835 and Exynos 8895 chipset versions and it will be a nice speed test between each variant to see which one performs better in multitasking sets and other scenarios. From a benchmarking point of view, the Exynos 8895 takes the cake because it has already obtained a higher score than Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835.
Which color model do you wish to purchase when you start pre-ordering the phone? Let us know right away.
